Hung up mid call after asking for help
Ummmm you should know that this store does not exist and has not for a while. Save yourself the trip 🥲 this review is not a reflection of Frontier as a company, just this “location” so far I’ve been a happy customer
Trying to cancel service. Stayed online using Chat for an hour just for them to end the chat when they could not convince me to stay. Then spent 30 minutes on hold on phone with customer service just to have them hang up on me when I told them I already had new service from another provider. Don’t know what to do to cancel since they refused to cancel. Do not go with this company if you don’t have too.
I hope people research this company before purchasing internet so they can at least know what they are getting into. They offer free install and $60 a month but dont tell you that if you use their router you have to PAY to give it back or pay MORE to keep it. Also, at install this is a 12 month contract, which for someone only here for 7 months was a shocker! No one mentioned a timed contract at sign on..
