Horrible ongoing experience, I've been here 4 months and the new property managers are incompetent. They can't set up a fob to enter the restroom at the pool or access to the online portal to pay rent and they'll push off any issues with a smile and kind words but no action happens until until you follow up with them several times. I would strongly suggest NOBODY move into these unless you're desperate and love being woken up at all hours of the night. This place is trash, they constantly allow trash to be dumped all over the complex, even in parking spots, doors on the dumpster areas have been broken for over a year. They allow 15 people to living in one unit and hog all the parking spaces with thier cars that belong in the one said unit, People constantly working on junk vehicles and playing loud music all hours of the night and day. I recently just moved here around June. Everything was pretty good. The beginning of July rolls around and we receive a paper from a company that bought the apartment complex. With 0 notice it became a stressful situation. The last company had Livble for us so we could split payments. I feel like thats a big thing and could be why people wanted to move here. I never try to complain or give bad reviews but don’t know what else to do. Been a resident for years, they never call back or answer emails, always feel horrible going to the staff in the front. They gave a notice on the 30th that ownership has changed and closed before 6pm on 07/03 after giving a deadline to pay rent until the 5th (when they are closed) after a resident portal change they made. They will not be open until Monday. Horrible communication!
