I tried to leave a review for the new property management group, Kalos Residential. They took over June/July 2026. It was a horrible transition and is still continuing to be horrible. There is a lock on the gym that is supposed to be accessible per our lease 24/7. They asked us to clear the hallways for pressure washing, and after a few weeks of nothing happening I finally reached out and it was canceled without any notification. good luck getting into contact with anyone! office is always closed and locked. they’ll mark your maintenance requests complete without even coming in. our bathroom ceiling is growing mold from water damage and no one seems to care! i’ve called the front office repeatedly and it says you need to dial an extension? we’ve left voicemails and emails to no response.

Horrible ongoing experience, I've been here 4 months and the new property managers are incompetent. They can't set up a fob to enter the restroom at the pool or access to the online portal to pay rent and they'll push off any issues with a smile and kind words but no action happens until until you follow up with them several times. I would strongly suggest NOBODY move into these unless you're desperate and love being woken up at all hours of the night. This place is trash, they constantly allow trash to be dumped all over the complex, even in parking spots, doors on the dumpster areas have been broken for over a year. They allow 15 people to living in one unit and hog all the parking spaces with thier cars that belong in the one said unit, People constantly working on junk vehicles and playing loud music all hours of the night and day.
