Customer service was great, I’ve traveled with this company multiple times and they’re always on time. Buses are comfortable, restrooms are also available in each bus.
Pésimo servicio al cliente. Me acerqué para tener información de los viajes y quien atiende se trata de burlar al pregúntale si viajaban a una ciudad en especial. No me da información y al momento de hacerle la observación que no sea grosera termina diciéndome que cada quien conoce su país, es decir, que como conclusión, se portó así por no ser de México.
