This is the worst company I have ever dealt with for medical testing! I was a cash patient and set up a payment plan. My insurance did not want to cover my test. I sent in a request for a second review on my claim with the insurance. While waiting for the insurance company I made my first payment to this company. A short time after making my payment my insurance notified me they would cover my test. I called to get details on how to get a refund for what I had paid since insurance coved it. Great costumer service. Prompt, and on time. With interest free payment plans that can work with any budget. I like this company. They seem really knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
I had the strong displeasure of working with Frontera Strategies as a series of appointments that was required by my chosen surgeon to have bariatric surgery. Nina did my echo and Doppler studies and was wonderful and professional. However, Logan P conducted my stress test and it was a nightmare. Against my better judgement I wore a very long floor length dress to the appointment. When I came into the room I realized that the dress would have to come off - which was okay. Worst customer service. People are very rude. They don't listen just hang up the phone on you. Definitely don't recommend any1 going there.
My mom has been dealing with this company for months to get a refund of an over payment and the ladies in the office has been lying to her for months saying the refund has been mailed out. Granted my mother acknowledges it was her fault that she sent them to much money, but the people in the office has been pulling her along for months.
