False advertising of safety. My Vehicle was stolen 2 days into my lease, security was no where to be found. Would not recommend. Roaches where also found in the "new" unit.
If I could give no stars I would . This community have went down hill since the first manager left . It’s nasty the maintenance is lazy . It’s furniture all in the hallways. It’s been almost a month the maintenance people have left couches in the hallway and trash . The hallways and buildings are nasty. I wish the first manager was still here when they first open . I have been living here for few years now spoke with the old manager maybe 1-2 times but the new manager Carol Benavides talks to everyone, she's easy to talk to, love her attitude. She makes sure the work orders get done on time. She's on top of what needs to be done. Also has fun events here for our community. Highly recommended
It smells like fart outside and the dog poop trash is never taken out. I swear to god the trash has been completely full for over a month now.
