The only good thing about living at frontera is the income based rent. However, these apartments are in constant repair with our amenities. The pool has not been cleaned or opened these last 6 months. We had the pool closed all summer because they don’t bother to clean it. Our gym ac has also been broken for the last 5 or 6 months also, I don’t know if they’re waiting for a part to come in but it doesn’t seem like these type of things matter to the manager. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE MOVING ON THE THIRD FLOOR BECAUSE THEY WILL LET THE PEOPLE ABOVE YOU IF YOU LIVE ON THE LOWER FLOOR LEVEL JUMP ,RUN AND THROW THINGS TO THE GROUND ALL MORNING, DAY AND NIGHT .ON TOP OF THAT THE GLASS TO THE CELLING FAN CRUSHED TO THE GROUND BECAUSE THE KIDS WERE JUMPING ON IT.I HAD TOLD THEM THIS BEFORE ABOUT THEM.JUMPING ON THE CELLING FANS MAKEING THEM JUMP AND MAKE POPPING NOISE. Wonderful people.... Until you move in .. 9/11/25 Wouldn't know where to begin. This place is so unbelievably far from the promises made when I moved my family here. I could sit here and legitimately trash maintenance, management and community but what's the point. Nobody actually cares to at least try and change anything.
