Honestly the staff is friendly and sweet however my complaint is since being moved in the pool has yet to be open or cleaned, the gym AC is still broken the only reason it’s cool in there is because it’s winter lol, the gates have broke multiple times I’m not sure what maintenance individual lied on their resume but they have indeed not fixed any of these problems driving all around the complex to enter and exit the one gate is aggravating.. the income based rent is basically the best part of living here, but I’m not sure if... read more

The only good thing about living at frontera is the income based rent. However, these apartments are in constant repair with our amenities. The pool has not been cleaned or opened these last 6 months. We had the pool closed all summer because they don’t bother to clean it. Our gym ac has also been broken for the last 5 or 6 months also, I don’t know if they’re waiting for a part to come in but it doesn’t seem like these type of things matter to the manager.
