Terrible warranty service. I’ve been waiting over a month to have a hole in my wall and a kitchen cabinet repaired, and I still have to wait another two weeks just to get the cabinet installed. It’s stressful that they don’t get things done quickly, yet they make demands as if it were somehow my fault. We pay on time, but they fail to do the work they are supposed to do.

My floor tiles do not have enough mud under them...They are hallow under them. They are still cracking in half a year and a half later... 2 more cracked and I am begging them to replace them even though the year warranty is up... I have been waiting... and waiting for a verdict... HEY...Customer service???? is the issue...My warranty is up. To me they are being pennywise...and pound folish... as I have my eye on a Risewell Home in Verrado ...in August.
