Not very impressed so far. Kelsey is very knowledgeable in the office. But the customer service leaves a bit to desired. We ordered a hot tub in April, we understood it was on B/O. We had hoped we would be kept updated but we never heard from them unless we stopped in or called. We were told the wiring would be fixed for 220 as opposed to 120 it comes with. Excellent. Friendly and fast service. Found what we wanted at a price we could afford!
We bought our hot tub from Frontenac Pools a few years back and it has been great and trouble fee. Until this spring when some water I left in the system froze and crack a wet end pump cover. I needed some special order o rings and 2 pump covers. I called them and Kelsey answered my call and was very helpful in locating the odd size o rings and ordered me 2 wet end assemblies for my repair. Kelsey is an absolute rock star. I can be long-winded, so here’s a quick summary: Extremely competent and knowledgeable, extremely helpful and supportive, and they’ll stick with you and continue to support you after the sale is made.
