We bought our hot tub from Frontenac Pools a few years back and it has been great and trouble fee. Until this spring when some water I left in the system froze and crack a wet end pump cover. I needed some special order o rings and 2 pump covers. I called them and Kelsey answered my call and was very helpful in locating the odd size o rings and ordered me 2 wet end assemblies for my repair. Kelsey is an absolute rock star.
