My husband and I have been touring marinas around Cayuga Lake, searching for the perfect place for our boat, somewhere quiet, clean, safe, and easy for our elderly parents to navigate. They do horrible mechanical work here. They couldn't even hook up batteries properly. After winter storage they replaced our batteries, terminals were loose and one needed to be replaced but they never told us. So when we went to use the boat it wouldn't start and thats what I found. Good thing our boat do leak or it would have sank since the pumps wouldn't work. Extremely disappointed and will never let them touch my bout again.
Nick and team are spot on for customer service . We bought a new Crest pontoon and are very happy with before sale and after sale follow up .
