The staff is always very knowledgeable, to a degree that almost seems unnatural. I have asked questions of such a niche nature that I couldn't find answers in online forums, yet the staff at Frontenac Cycle had answers. They're very transparent about any delays or stock issues when making special orders, and are upfront about what costs are expected to be. There is simply kindness and skill radiating from every person working there.
