Cool customer service; affordable bike prices and service
This shop rules. I was looking for a super specific bike, they had the only one in Canada and I'm in BC. Reached out via email and Andre got back right away, easy convos over the phone. This shop hadn't apparently been shipping many bikes but made a huge acception and was wildly accommodating for getting this thing across the country. We have great shops out west for sure but the service and process with Frontenac was so easy, trustworthy and they clearly know their stuff. Have bought bikes, upgrades and tuning from this shop -knowledgable, friendly, and the same, if not better than online prices. I would recommend this shop blindly to anyone. extra points for hosting group rides, etc. we are lucky to have them as a part of the community.

The staff is always very knowledgeable, to a degree that almost seems unnatural. I have asked questions of such a niche nature that I couldn't find answers in online forums, yet the staff at Frontenac Cycle had answers. They're very transparent about any delays or stock issues when making special orders, and are upfront about what costs are expected to be. There is simply kindness and skill radiating from every person working there.
