We went to kingston on a bike trip and we realise the same morning that we had a tire that was ripped. The staff at frontenac were super helpful, repair the tire super quickly and gave great advice ! 10/5 thanks !!
I hadn't tuned up my road bike in years, and they were kind enough to squeeze me in before the Thousand Islands tri. My bike came back sparkling clean and working like new! So appreciative of their high quality work!
Always helpful, never out to gouge customers. They try and help with emergency’s as well. But they are busy so remember you may have to leave it with them. They may not be able to squeeze you in last minute.
Very helpful staff. Kind and patient and happy to offer their expertise. Which is apparent by the many customers greeted by first names. I'll definitely make it my go-to bike shop.
Got quoted $70 for a repair. Came back a few days later after it was fixed and they charged me $110 total. I understand and am fine paying for the labour but maybe be transparent with the quotes? Instead of surprising customers when its all fixed and done and just expecting more money? When I brought this up with the employee at checkout, all she could say was “oh sorry, I’ll let them know”. Still got charged $110. What a terrible customer service experience.
