My wife and I have lived in one of Front Door's apartments around the SLU area for the past 3 years and we just renewed for a 4th year. We have been very happy with the service and amenities they offer for a competitive price. We have central air, a washer/dryer in unit, a very modern/updated looking apartment as well as access to a fitness center, all of which are typically hard to find in the city for a decent price. Don't worry, they will take care of you. The application process is very fast. You can get all of your paperwork and be approved in one day. The rent is very reasonable for what is included in rent. There are even properties with internet, cable, and electric included in your rent. Maintenance always responds right away and the staff in the office are very helpful. They know their stuff too! The Front Door community is a great place to live! I live in one of their buildings near the SLU medical school, and I just renewed my lease for my fifth year! They keep rent prices competitive- especially when you factor in the workout center in my building and the individual washer/dryer in each unit. I'm honestly really surprised to see a few bad reviews for FrontDoor, as I have nothing but really nice things to say about them. I'm a student at WashU School of Medicine and I have been living in The Grove for the past two years, and I just renewed my lease for yet another year. They have always treated me with extreme courtesy and have responded to any service requests incredibly fast (They even come change my light bulbs!). Paying rent is online and easy. I have no complaints with FrontDoor. I am medical student at SLU living in the Grove area for the past year. The staff were always friendly and helpful in answering any of my questions or needs. I had no problems with any of the utilities or with the apartment in general. I would definitely recommend FrontDoor to my friends.
I was so excited to start my upperclass years at SLU living with FrontDoor in the Coronado. Living in the Lindell-Vandeventer apartments was an equally pleasant experience under their management. The staff, both day and night, was very helpful if I needed assistance getting into my apartment or had issues with other tenants. Maintenance requests were fixed in a timely manner and the upgraded cable and internet was a fantastic surprise this last year. I would recommend living with Front Door to any SLU student and beyond.
I have lived in loop lofts for a little over 6 months and have no complaints. The staff is friendly and always responds in a timely manner. The property is kept clean. I love the 24 hr security and the fact that the property is gated and keycard entry only. No problems with my neighbors or noise. I absolutely love it here.!
This is a great company to rent from. You get high-end finishings without the added costs. The hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances really make the apartments look classy! Great apartments for students going to St. Louis University due to location and ease of getting to campus. It only takes me 4 minutes to get to my classes!
