We were without an anchor (they installed a new windlass) a dinghy (cradle they installed failed) and had a bad cutlass bearing - due to services provided at Front Street Shipyard. These are life-safety issue that left us hostage at their dock for 3 weeks, then the A team took over and we were underway in 3 days. They have an A team and a not quite B team, guess which team did the majority of our work.
