Hey Nicole if you still have the parking pass is they anyway I could have it there is a waiting list to park here and it’s right by where I work and it’s very expensive to pay for parking every day
The people that run this parkade are unbelievably rude. I have witnessed them yelling at people for no reason and their overall customer service is awful. I had a monthly parking pass for 2 years here, I needed to end it for April, so I canceled it in March.. and they still wanted me to pay for the full month of May!! Tell me why a parkade that is constantly full with a wait list for parking passes would need 2 full months of pay post cancellation.
