clearer communication with customer serve inquires
I received Front Street's "Streak Getter" Concentrate today. I have endured years of elbow grease and disappointments trying to get the black streaks/mildew and mold off of my white gutters. My son and I are painting the house after 20 years and when it came to cleaning the gutters and downspouts, I knew there had to be a better way. Researched online and chose Streak Getter on its performance claims and reputation. Randy and Brenda worked with me to get what we needed to solve a quirky downspout. I sent them pictures and they made sure we got the right parts. And the color match is perfect! It came really quickly despite being a custom length. Thank you guys so much for fixing what had been annoying us for a couple of years! :) Awesome customer service.
I placed an order for 5 hinged extensions 3 feet long. After placing the order my husband wanted 1 to be 4 feet long. I sent an email request to change my order. Front street manufacturing contacted me the next day. They were able to change my order. Great customer service. I will pass their number to any one that likes our extensions. My order shipped that day and I received it in 2 days. Thank you guys.
