Was the only place around that had a tire in stock when one of mine blew and I needed a replacement that day. Replaced quickly and I left happy enough, only to find they threw my spare tire back into my trunk ON TOP OF the spare tire well cover and cracked the cover top to bottom, ruining the structural integrity. Any mechanic would know better.
I brought my vehicle in 4 separate times to have the same issue looked at. Each time they thought they’d fixed the issue, or said the car was fine. I called back after the issue began again, and explained that I was feeling a bit frustrated. After getting disconnected due to bad service, I called again and spoke with another woman. I am very glad I found them. I had some recent experiences that have left me very distrustful of auto shops. These folks do q good job, they are ethical, knowledgeable. They make the effort to have transparent pricing. They try to beat their estimates. I will be taking all of my work to them from now on.
Terrible customer service at this garage..The staff are rude and do not know how to communicate well. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE—they will get hostile and gaslight you when you hold them accountable for things they didn’t fix when they said they did!!
Thorough, great service, and a very fair price! I was having some car trouble about midway through a seven hour drive (also on what was probably the hottest day of the year so far) and I'm very glad that this is where I stopped! My dog and I were also happy to enjoy their well air conditioned seating area and some cool water as we waited.
