Wonderful people there. I have some dentist chair fear and I always feel comfortable at this office. From the front end staff to the dental assistants, and especially the dentists, I am very impressed with everyone.
I have had nothing but great experiances, the entire staff is so accomidating and friendly. Best dentist Ive been to in nelson since dr. Smith moved. Highly recomend
Heads up, if you are coming in with a dental plan get an estimate prior to coming in and keep an eye on the time spent scaling to avoid surprises. Expect no explanation on additional charges from reception who in my case was very annoyed with my questions. I thought and had confirmed 100% coverage and yet was nonetheless charged over 200$.
