The ease and comfort of the new patient onboarding process is unmatched! I was super happy with the wide variety of options I had in terms of my provider. And of course a very special shoutout to Austin who helped make this process oh so much more tolerable. I would recommend Front Street Clinic to anyone looking for a great place to choose from a wide set of care providers. 5/5 Stars
This clinic ‘scheduled my appointment’ and then proceeded to tell me appointments didn’t exist when I showed up for the appointment. Then they proceeded to apparently charge me for ‘no call no shows’ when I didn’t have any appointments scheduled according to their system 8 years ago. I tried to give them another chance and now I’m being refused service because of their mess up. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend. For a place that claims to help with mental health, they seriously need to do better. I would give 0 stars if I could.
I've had my time wasted...Don't let yours be wasted too! Good luck to anyone trying to get seen here. Especially if your'e a veteran like me trying to use VA healthcare. I called to inquire about availability to be seen here in early September 2025. The first question I asked when I called was whether or not they accepted VA TriWest insurance. The answer was "Yes." DO NOT COME HERE. I have had so many issues with this clinic. All they care about is money. They’ve charged my account twice without even making sure the insurance issue was resolved. I’ve called to ask questions about this and everytime I’m met with “ I will send a message over to our billing department.” To which nobody ever gets in touch with me. This is ridiculous
After years of my young teen struggling with failed diagnosis and medications I called Front Street for a full mental health evaluation. We were gifted Dr John Reynolds who spent weeks meticulously examining my daughters symptoms through personal conversations, testing and many follow up questions and conversations. His evaluation results were shocking for us but made sense.
