I’m so thankful I connected with Dr Beth. She has a problem solving mindset & seems as motivated as I am to get me back to running. I appreciate her treatments but also the suggestions for at home exercises.
Dr. Beth treats the source not the symptoms so your issues can be solved rather than managed. She believes in keeping you moving while healing. She is engaged in the community and a big supporter of everything local. Highly recommend!
I came in with pretty bad midback pain/restriction with bending and rotation that was preventing me from exercise and moving normally day to day. Over the course of 3 sessions/weeks, it is virtually gone. She definitely knows her stuff, explains things clearly/meticulously and is a seasoned athlete herself.
