Dealing with this place from day 1 has been a absoult joke. Piss poor communication, waiting for more then 3 months and still don’t even have a date to expect our order. Next year I will take my 4000$ bill to a better place
If you live in the Southtowns you cant go wrong. Great service and they care. Went to West Seneca location first time and Rob took alot of time fitting my son with the right skates very impressed. Thanks again for the great serive.
Stopped by and the shop had been closed for more than 15 minutes. Lights were off but manager Chris opened up the doors and sharpened a pair of skates for me. He didn't have to do that. I was so impressed. Not many people would have inconvenienced themselves for a customer. On top of that he gave me great advice on how to improve the performance of my skate using the flat V sharpening. At the time I was thinking of replacing my blade. Chris could have easily upsold me blades and holders. Wow! Great customer service.
