Its disappointing to give a low review bec This is the only dental clinic my 7 yo knows , and until today, we loved it here. My kids were seen today at the clinic. My daughter has had a cavity that I was informed was evidenced by xray for over a yr. My daughter has had no pain or any other symptoms in regards to her teeth. Everyone was so supportive and professional! My grandkids told everyone it was the “best day ever” after their morning at the dentist !
I used to love this office, today I left less than impressed and frustrated with the utter waste of my time. My son came in for what was supposed to be a recheck and repeat treatment, turns out insurance won’t cover it until July so why wasn’t I just scheduled then? I asked about just paying for it out of pocket and was told he doesn’t need it yet despite our last encounter. First time there and they so kind to me and my son. Well detailed and organized. Very helpful for any questions that I had. I didn't do 5 stars because that was my first visit. I would definitely go back!!!
