The team here are all very nice and helpful when making the appointment and during the consultation phase. The doctor explained everything very well and I am confident they are all very skilled. Where I ran into trouble was when I wanted to get a copy of my records so I could get a 2nd opinion. The office does not have the ability to send your images or transfer images even though they are digital and I felt like I was inconveniencing them when I asked if I could bring in my own flash drive to get a copy of my x-rays. Been in CrossFit for 10 years and had some shoulder and lat mobility issues for the past several years. I couldn’t completely lock out my right arm to my right ear. I needed to do a little more than basic stretching and rolling it out. while the injections seem to be working 2 months out the service and information they give is less than stellar. I go in for my pt on a thurs n the following mon I still do not have my new exercises emailed to me this has happened more than once. I was measured for braces n they were the wrong size n had to wait another 10 days to get them. Was told on my initial visit, a tues, they would get my xrays n if the xrays were not there by Fri He would know why. I called on Mon to make an appt no xrays n frankly rude service. I have been seeing Dr. O’Dell for my chiropractic needs for years now. He is always welcoming and professional and I have the utmost confidence in his abilities when it comes to my care. The support staff is wonderful and the office is equipped with plenty supportive care devices and equipment. I would highly recommend Longmont Spine to anyone.
