We live in Tuscany and visit the pool regularly, the lifeguards are always very welcoming and polite. They all seem to get along great and also have fun! Jamie the manager is always around to help her employees and make sure everyone is good! I have put my niece and nephew in swimming lessons twice this season, the instructor Sophia is wonderful, she takes her time to teach the kids one on one. Do a lot of work for us in pump room management. Smoothly handled a full rebuild of a pump room and did so professionally and quickly. Eli and his crew communicated well and really took care of our facilities.
They don't pay you much, which is fine for a first job, but for my first year I was making as much as someone else who had been there for at least 2 years. From what I remember Haley was about the only good core manager because she actually did her job. I think last year might've just been a bad year for guards but just about every lifeguard at the pools I worked at were extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. They just hated my guts I guess. I rate this company a 1 because 0 is not an option. The way they treat their guards is beyond me and is extremely, EXTREMELY. Unprofessional. If you are a teenager looking for a job I would suggest you stay away from frr and work for a different lifeguarding company. Save your time and energy. This place will treat you awful. And the Managers act like children and honestly with my experience they let people get away with the most awful stuff.
