Dr. Cavanaugh and his office staff are wonderful in every way! They were great communicators with appointments and necessary next steps. Dr. Cavanaugh was extremely helpful in every way and successfully fixed my ruptured eardrum. He really cares about his patients and their care!! Thank you so much!!
Dont go here unless you want medical debt. Their billing practices are literally criminal and Maria is completely incompetent. I first brought up billing concerns to them three months ago and today that is no closer to resolution. They ignore all my emails and when I call them they say they will call me back and never do. They highly price gough their services compared to other ENTs. Great Dr and thorough treatment.
Dr. Cavanaugh and his team were extremely caring and professional. The appointments were very thorough and never rushed. Dr. Cavanaugh took time to get a full history and to understand how the symptoms I was having affected my larger quality of life. I sought his help for chronic nasal congestion which had not been relieved through longstanding use of nasal sprays and allergy medications. I was waking frequently at night with a blocked nose and my sleep was suffering as a result. Other doctors had offered surgery, but Dr. Cavanaugh was able to treat the problem. My sleep and nasal breathing has improved significantly!
