-100/10 for myself. I freaked myself out bad. 10/10 Wisdom teeth removal procedure. I didn’t even know when I passed out. The Dr. put in the IV in, he said, “are you ready to sleep?” Then I guess I passed out, and then I woke up… It felt like it was quick second to me lol. Upon arrival, Small waiting room, but it was clean! Front desk person was super sweet as well. I would like to say Thank You to Dr Hinkley. Dr Hinkley was amazing. On my frist visit, Dr Hinkley, his staff, all were very friendly, caring, kind, ect. He talked with me about my concerns. I liked the fact Dr Hinkley talked with me like I was family. I have heart problems, he explained what the rist would be if I had chosen to put under. That me feel more confident in Dr Hinkley. Horrible OS, perforated my sinuses so now I am dealing with more issues than I originally was. Dr. H was even rude with my primary care dentist when she called him, “I just pull teeth my concern isn’t pain”. Will never come back here again.
I came for an extraction, and the staff made me feel very comfortable and reassured. They took great care to make sure there was no pain during the procedure; I almost took a nap right there in the chair, and that was without sedation. Dr. Hinckley called at the end of the day to check in, and addressed the one concern I had. Great place to get oral surgery if you need it.
I had a great experience with this very friendly team of experts. I had a non-routine tooth extraction which was professionally handled with minimal pain.
