The worst. Handrail was damaged before install- we discussed it and the installer said it would "wipe off". After installing, they were not able to wipe off the scratch. They refused to call it a scratch, just a mark that they couldn't remove. Lol. Then, they blamed it on me and said it's because of the coating I chose. Then, I called the owner and she said if I don't pay her in full immediately she would put a lien on my house or pull all the railings out of the wall. They made a perfect Beautiful Metal piece for the Nooner family and Address piece!!!! They do Amazing Metal Art !!!!
It was lack of attention to installation that bothered me. Pilot holes were NOT drilled in the wood steps, which resulted in the wood splitting when the screws were placed. There was a noticeable gap between railings due to “metal chips” that was not addressed until I pointed it out, otherwise it would have not been fixed. The corner, where two railings meet, is not square. Unfortunately, this corner can not be fixed without rebuilding the entire top rail of the piece. Sorry, but it could have been done better. Dale

Front Range Metal Works did a great job. My project was just finished not even an hour ago, but I wanted to be sure to give praise. It looks amazing, I priced the job with one other company and Front Range was much better. They were professional, polite, kept in good contact, and it looks WONDERFUL! Had new stair railing and hallway railing installed. Will use again in the future.
