Purchased a topper for my Gladiator…..was higher quality than I expected. And yes I paid for shipping as well since a fairy didn’t deliver it. Trevor and his boys installed my topper in lighting speed. They were very professional and even mixed me a drink while I watched. I would recommend Front Range Gear to anyone who wants high quality gear and service.
Called ahead to ask for pricing and process. Drove 4 hours to tour showroom and look at product. Took 4 days to get a quote only to discover there would be a $600 fee for freight to Front Range on top of MSRP. That has never happened to us before, EVER. No mention of freight charges to Front Range when we called for pricing. They did mention an undetermined freight fee if shipped to our house though. We were informed installation is another fee on top of MSRP though cuz finding the correct bolts etc. can be difficult or some... read more
**UPDATE after owner response (Screenshot of Trevor's original response included). Notice how Trevor doesn't dispute that he hasn't refunded me nor does he dispute that he upcharges shipping. He says my review is unacceptable but apparently him not refunding me is acceptable? What a joke of a business! Refund me as you said you would and I'll delete the review. Guys did a fantastic job on my Grenadier - they are great to work with, know what they’re doing and are really careful about their work. I hope to get a chance to work with them in the future as I continue my build.
I’ve been working with Trevor for a couple months to purchase my new Alu-Cab Canopy Camper. This is a family operation, with great personal attention, experience, and technical and industry knowledge. The install was completed by him and his sons, Ethan and Evan, today. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or more satisfied with the experience. If you’re in the midwest and looking for an Alu-Cab Camper, or other adventure outfitting, give them a call!
