Dr. Mallett was able to take xrays of my foot in the office and quickly evaluate the issue with my joint. He explained the short term and long term treatment options and prognosis. I received a cortisone shot in office that has relieved the immediate pain I was having - all within a 30 minute appointment. He is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and effective. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I'm out over $200 and hours of my time and have nothing to show for it. I came in looking for replacement orthotics for a pair that have been working great for me for years. After 5 visits (including the first one that took over 2 hours because they couldn't get the casting to set), the doctor told me they couldn't make orthotics that fit me despite having my old ones as examples. Dr Mallett removed two ingrown toenails for me same-day. Not only was the procedure painless, I had very little discomfort post-operatively. I am so impressed & thankful to have found him.
Excellent bedside manners. Personable. Listens. And provides options and clear directions for healing and long term expectations.
Dr. Mellette took the time and interest to discuss all my options. He is the first doctor in the last several years to advise me he wouldn’t recommend surgery because it just wouldn’t help. I appreciated his honesty.
