They don't ever answer their phone and they don't return the call when you leave a message.

We have been going to Dr Tyler for over 30 years. He’s the most knowledgeable, friendly and caring doctor I have ever known. Our health insurance doesn’t cover anything but we don’t mind paying out of pocket for the amazing service we receive. Debbie has always makes sure documentation is sent to Kaiser for my husband’s reumatologist. She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It’s always so refreshing to see her when we come in.
