Would highly recommend staying away. My wife had the most horrible experience with this shop on claims they made and never followed through. Oh, also, if you want to get your wedding dress after your wedding day, I would then highly recommend going with them. My Family was recently there for alterations on a wedding dress. My heart broke for her when they ruined her dress and then took zero accountability. They attempted to fix what they ruined a few times only to make the situation worse. I am writing this review to share my incredibly disappointing experience with Boulder Bridal/Wedding Alteration. I purchased my dream wedding dress from them, and the initial experience was lovely. The issues began with the alterations. I brought my dress in to be bustled and asked the seamstress if she could place a sheer layer under the lace around the neck, as it was a bit itchy.
