I just started a membership at Front Range Boxing Academy; people is friendly and the support is amazing, they really help you to get your moves right, and defenely make you sweat.
My girlfriend and I have been going to Cole’s morning cardio class pretty consistently since January. We began feeling stronger immediately and noticed significant results after just 3 months. I hadn’t worked out consistently since high school but Cole’s unique blend of boxing and cardio continue to keep us engaged and, most importantly, challenged. Can’t stress enough how effective these classes are !
