I came for a first class, and basically got a one-on-one with Dave Gaudette. Dave was just wonderful - he was super nice and encouraging, and gave a thorough intro, while being super clear about everything. I have a solid background in martial arts, and he tailored his explanations to fit my gaps. He was absolutely wonderful, and I plan to continue. The whole place is also very well equipped, and everyone seems friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Signed up and did a noon class with Abdul. Class was well organized and taught with proper techniques. The gym overall is very welcoming and has all the equipment needed for the athletes. Definitely looking forward to the other classes.
This place was absolutely incredible! The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect out of an old school boxing gym. Dave was fantastic! He’s knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what he does. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’ll get a great workout and real coaching. Highly recommend checking this place out.
The personnel was very helpful
