I have a leaking fire sprinkler system and they never call me back, what a joke. My handyman called them 72 hours ago and he was told someone would call him. Still nothing, on a leaking system! And the little placard they have next to the system feed says “24/7 emergency response”, what a joke. Highly recommend not using. If they call me back I will update this review.
This review is in regard to residential properties. Overall, unless you’re desperate, this company is worth neither your time nor the overpriced $400 for a sprinkler inspection. You will also need someone ready to be home on short notice. From start to finish, we did not get the impression we were viewed as a customer. For months, we would call to try to get an appointment. Incredibly unsafe and aggressive truck driving this morning. Changing lanes without directionals and tailing cars on Route 3 South, and then wildly blew through a red light well after it changed on Route 28 in Stoneham. Hope this company installs fire systems better than they hire drivers…
USE THIS COMPANY! Charlie and his team at Front-Line are extremely dependable and know exactly what it takes to get a job done. Front-Line performs commercial and residential work, they liaison with municipal fire departments and they have in-house staff to render engineered drawings as well. This company is full-service. If schedule and price are important to you call Front-Line, you will not be disappointed.
