I have a leaking fire sprinkler system and they never call me back, what a joke. My handyman called them 72 hours ago and he was told someone would call him. Still nothing, on a leaking system! And the little placard they have next to the system feed says “24/7 emergency response”, what a joke. Highly recommend not using. If they call me back I will update this review.
