Josh is fantastic! He always made time to show us a house. The one and only time he wasnt available, his team stepped in to help. Which btw, Shelby was also fantastic. He's up to date with all the technology real estate agents need these day. But most importantly, we never felt any pressure from him to make a decision. We closed escrow on our home without issue and always knew he had our best interest in mind. Josh made it very easy. We highly recommend you consider him when purchasing your next home.
