The Best The move in to my apartment was so easy!! The staff is so friendly and they even remember my name when I pick up the mail. You guys are the best!!!

My overall experience with Front Door has been excellent. Staff has been excellent. Best leasing company I've been with in a long time. Highly recommend!!!

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! Do not believe any positive reviews between 5/24/13 to 7/1/13 as Front Door offered $50 to any tenant who would give them a positive review. What you should notice is the number of folks that wouldn't do it!! They are awful - I think they might be accepting Section 8 - not sure, you would have to ask but it is soooooooo ghetto!!, dog crap everywhere, halls smells like dog pee, their customer service is just awful. Been with Frontdoor for several years, and would definitely recommend them. Their apartments near SLU are perfect for college students, but be cautioned that some things are unavoidable when you live in a massive apartment complex with a bunch of 19-22 year olds. After moving to the Grove, I gained a new appreciation for Frontdoor. I just moved into a FrontDoor apartment at the beginning of the summer, and I've been nothing but thrilled! The apartment itself is beautiful and well built, and any maintenance concerns I've had have been promptly adressed. When I first moved into the apartment it was still a little bit messy, but when the leasing staff saw it during the inspection they immediately had cleaning go back into the apartment until it was up to their standards. Do your homework: find another place! – Wow. I could not have said what the previous poster did better myself. Management and other employees are VERY immature and unprofessional. People in the main office are rude and curt when they answer the phone, front desk workers don't give a crap about you, and maintenance is awful. I think the previous poster is right: they are far too young to manage a large leasing company. Renter Beware – I am miserable here at Frontdoor. Shortly after resigning a lease, they stopped doing a lot of what they advertise. I can't tell you how many times they didn't inform me when a package came for me, including times when I personally came to the office looking for it and was told it wasn't there (even though it was). The internet is terrible here. So if you need it, intend on paying for it even though it is included in the rent. IT could not fix the problem.
