I came at 3:30pm on a Thursday, within their posted open hours. But the sign says "closed" and the door is locked. I called the phone number on the sign and no one even answered. Unprofessional to the max. Y'all lost my business today and probably forever.

I was riding my MTB over on river legacy when i had a bad wreck on this wall ride it was like Aw brah its just like, i got the best barrels ever dude. I cam in and got spit righttt out. Then just droped in and smacked the lip, wah BAH, just drop back in like BAHHHH, just ride the barrel and get pitted, sooo pitted just like THAT. any way they put my bike back to gather in a day or so.... good as new. I have also had my biked tuned up there several times.

Long story short, I'm a n00b at gearing and broke my chain and bent the derailleur. I took my bike to the large shop in town... After being made to question my intelligence on even repairing the bike (I told them multiple times it was gifted to me), I was quoted a hefty price and a pretty long wait on when I could even pick it up. I found Front and Center an hour or so later (on a Saturday). I brought the bike by, paid up front, and was tole I could pick it up by Wednesday at the latest. Wonderful. Kind of crowded when I got there. Staff included Ellie, and I didn't hear the other woman's name. Both, warm, enthusiastic, positive. When I got to the top of the stack, they tried to find my replacement part in catalogs on hand. Ellie called a supplier, sent a phone-photo of my broken part, and provided the bike make and model .... supplier found it, in stock, I'm headed back tomorrow to pick it up. Should be riding again by Friday!
