I WAS AN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR WHO CROSSED PATHS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THE SERVICE TEAM IS RUDE SHORT AND DOESNT APPRECIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHOP AROUND. CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS IF YOU DONT WANT TO KEEP PAYING YOUR CONTRACTOR TO MAKE SIMPLE ADJUSTMENTS THAT YOU CAN DO YOURSELF ID YIU HAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. MAGNA SINE OFFERS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Seriously disappointed after being a Miller man for so long. Retail store in Rolla Mo (USA) Has horrible customer service AFTER the sale. Before the sale they are your best friends. Took almost 3 months for them to communicate with me on my broken Fronius. We NEEDED that welder. They could care less. I talked to the “approver” at the other store. 5 stars till after my visit tomorrow...picking up 3 inverters, 2 10kw and a 5kw for a commercial barn project.
I purchased two inverters 5KW’s The one was installed is running fine the second one on Friday we troubleshoot for six hours. Three times we were told that it was burnt out and we needed a new inverter replacement. I was told that I have to pay the guy for six hours and is on me to pay. This was a brand new one out of the box. I believe I’m gonna have to go after this company with an attorney. They want to charge me for a new inverter to replace the old one.
