5 stars till after my visit tomorrow...picking up 3 inverters, 2 10kw and a 5kw for a commercial barn project.
I purchased two inverters 5KW’s The one was installed is running fine the second one on Friday we troubleshoot for six hours. Three times we were told that it was burnt out and we needed a new inverter replacement. I was told that I have to pay the guy for six hours and is on me to pay. This was a brand new one out of the box. I believe I’m gonna have to go after this company with an attorney. They want to charge me for a new inverter to replace the old one. Customer service is terrible and the Warranty work you cannot trust... read more
