I purchased two inverters 5KW’s The one was installed is running fine the second one on Friday we troubleshoot for six hours. Three times we were told that it was burnt out and we needed a new inverter replacement. I was told that I have to pay the guy for six hours and is on me to pay. This was a brand new one out of the box. I believe I’m gonna have to go after this company with an attorney. They want to charge me for a new inverter to replace the old one. Best Welders Ever. Great people, after sales support but most of all the vast knowledge of the ever changing manufacturing field and equipment to suit.
I attended Fabtech 2024 today in Orlando, FL. Traveled from California to attend. I had an appointment to demo some of their machines. I was really disappointed, treated badly and did not demo anything. They do not return phone calls nor emails . I'm very skeptical on the positive reviews posted here.
