Rude on the phone, unhelpful in person, and unable to answer basic questions over the phone. I used them 3 years and my taxes were messed up all 3 years. If I wanted to sit on the phone with the IRS I wouldn't have paid your ridiculous fees to do it for me. Edit: Guy is lying, we went back on the second year to have them help us fix the problem they caused the first year and didn't learn the taxes were improperly filed by them on the IRS website until after we got there the third year after we thought it was fixed.
