Rude on the phone, unhelpful in person, and unable to answer basic questions over the phone. I used them 3 years and my taxes were messed up all 3 years. If I wanted to sit on the phone with the IRS I wouldn't have paid your ridiculous fees to do it for me. Edit: Guy is lying, we went back on the second year to have them help us fix the problem they caused the first year and didn't learn the taxes were improperly filed by them on the IRS website until after we got there the third year after we thought it was fixed. Rude on the phone, unhelpful in person, and unable to answer basic questions over the phone. I used them 3 years and my taxes were messed up all 3 years. I called with tax questions on tax day and instead of help I got attitude and they told me to "sit on the phone all day with the IRS then" when I told them my results online didn't match theirs. Your office takes info they are given and inputs it for your customers tax returns, then say things like how "easy that was". You do nothing else. We shouldn't have to tell YOU what to include to get the most out of our returns, people go to places like yours for your expertise. You do not look for ANYTHING that would increase returns.
