Too many young people with little or no experience
dont go to the bronx location, it looks like the emergency room 80 ppl waiting.i went for a 1 o'clock appt, arrived at 12:40 PM left at 2pm without seeing the doctor got my refund for the copay they ask do u want another appt. na my time is precious. I want to go some where when they say this is ur appt time and your seen at that time.
Awful customer service..How is this ok to make a patient wait 2 hrs and then give them attitude when they say something.. My mother traveled 1hr to sit 2 hrs in the waiting room and to eventually leave for her next app unseen. That’s absolutely unacceptable.
I made an appointment yesterday through slingshot. The price was agreed on for $60 and with Dr. Allie Nadleson. I’ve arrived and the doctor I made the appointment with isn’t even here today and also they are now telling me that to see the same type of doctor is $400 or I could see a different doctor for $270. Now they want me to wait an hour and a half until “the manager comes in”. This is unacceptable both from this doctors office as well as from Slingshot. I went for an eye exam to Fromer Eye Center located between 61st and 62nd streets in park avenue. Need I say the Optometrist(Opthalmologist)Erica Stubbs O.D. was very courteous and attentive.She gave me a thorough eye exam very professionally.The nurse was quick and efficient administering all the needed eye drops for the exam.The place is a very inviting and comfortable atmosphere.I highly recommend the place for any person looking for quality service.
