My entire family and I are very fond of FEC. For my son, it was his very first time visiting this location after I had previously taken him to another doctor in which they had no patience with him especially while attempting dilation. I mean, no one likes "yucky smelling liquid" poured into their eyes (as my son stated), but at FEC, they worked so well with him. Overbooked doesn't begin to cover it. People were waiting outside in the hallway. Children were running around, not their fault. My husband had glasses made with the wrong prescription that THEY provided. They still charged him a $50 copay plus $60 for a new refraction. Which was off by one number. So one of the lenses on his progressive lenses and one on his sunglasses have to be replaced. I used to swear by the practice, but now, I'm looking elsewhere.
