Dr. Fromer is clearly a charming guy, certainly someone who instills a sense of confidence that everything will turn out fine. However, I am writing this because something happened that goes to the heart of the doctor-patient relationship: honesty. Before cataract surgery, he advised that I see a specialist to check out a condition that I reported to him. What a disappointment. This place should be investigated. I had to wait over 2 hours, and the place was packed! Besides temperature checks, they are not abiding by common-sense safety practices to prevent the spread of COVID. You should not have that many people in the office! on my first visit I was a bit nervous as I walked into a very crowded office. But I was pleasantly surprised when it took less than 30 minutes to be called and the service was outstanding. The staff and doctors were professionals and courteous. I was given a detailed explanation about every procedure performed on that day. I've been a loyal customer for about a year or so and am glad I chose this location for eye care.

I explain to her that I did not have that kind of time and she sarcastically informed me the Fromer Eye Center is the real deal and hung up the phone. She also collected all of my information (address, phone, and insurance) and I was not able to reach them when I called back. The customer service is terrible, and the face of your office is represented by unprofessionali... read more
