The receptionist lack of empathy towards people ringing up for help is shocking! I understand they can’t always provide the answers people are looking for but a little compassion and care goes along way! Must be in the wrong job maybe?
I had a blood test on the 1st August 2025 at 8:56am, I was very nervous about getting the blood test done. I wasn’t told to press down on the injected needle area immediately afterwards. I felt I was rushed out straight away & I have purple/red bruises which swelled up & caused pain & was very uncomfortable. I have become more nervous now about getting my blood test done after this appointment. When Someone is nervous & scared I expect the nurse to tell me what to do & how to make the whole experience less scary but instead ... read more

This place is so over subscribed they even close their online consultation enquiries, which is crazy. Just an example of how long it takes to be seen, submitted an online form, 2 and half weeks later to get a telephone consultation, agree I need bloods checked, another 2 weeks to get an appointment with the nurse, results came back quickly, 2 days so no complaints there. Moved into a new property. Currently have no wifi. Caller number 2 in the queue and it just hung up. Terrible. 14/7/25
