They have taken excellent care of my mother (retina problem) and my father (wasp sting allergies) this summer. These emergencies and risks were recognised quickly and escalated, as well as clearly communicated. Thank you to the whole team involved.
Receptionist was having a nice chat with her colleague while people are waiting...no sense of urgency esp when there is a possibilty of allergic reaction, or eye trouble.
All the staff were friendly, courteous and brilliant. Was seen within an hour and given excellent treatment.
A heartfelt thanks to the UTC based at the community hospital In Frome. On holiday had a cough/chest problem that could not be resolved with excellent pharmaceutical OTC medication. Excellent check in not too long to wait and saw the most amazing senior nurse practitioner who restored my faith in the NHS . Was sensible and bang on with outcome. Thank you so much❤️
