Took elderly relative who had fallen to the minor injuries unit to find that they had closed 2 hours early. Utterly disgusting. Uk health care is a joke.

They have taken excellent care of my mother (retina problem) and my father (wasp sting allergies) this summer. These emergencies and risks were recognised quickly and escalated, as well as clearly communicated. Thank you to the whole team involved.
