I wouldn't trust them to send flowers to anyone! I USED THEM FOR A FUNERAL PAYED EXTRA TO MAKE SURE IT WAS THERE THAT MORNING AND THEY DIDN'T DELIVER THEM! THEY RECIEVED THEIR FUNERAL FLOWERS ABOUT 3 HOURS AFTER THE FUNERAL!!! THEY GAVE ME A REFUND AND PROMISED TO SEND FLOWERS TO THE WIDOW ON FRIDAY THEY GAVE ME #416301989 NO ADITIONAL FLOWERS WERE SENT AND THIS ORDER DOES NOT EXIST ACORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE!!
I wish I can give Zero stars, I spoke to 7 reps today and all was no help and did not care. Today is my Grandmother Irene Hollis Birthday and I ordered an sunshine and Tulips and we got something totally different. Her favorite flower is Tulips and we got a substitute yellow roses.We got a substitute even though the site doesn’t say substitute. None of the reps cared.
