I hired this company with the trust that they would handle my home as professionals after my tenants had moved out. From Top to Bottom does a great job for an STR that I manage. They do a great job cleaning & they let us know if we need anything extra or they just take care of it. Guests really notice cleaning, so we have to have a great team & we can depend on Top to Bottom for our business.

I will be the bigger person here and not put how you treated us after the fact. If a boss is upset or has an issue with some of the work that was done, doesn't the boss usually tell the person so that the person may even know that he did something wrong instead of ignoring every effort for communication and then bad mouthing his name to others.? I'll quit because this is not being professional of me.. Other than that, the company does strive to be great at what they do. And the after affects are amazing.
