A nice selection, and helpful staff.
I bought a new pedal here a few weeks ago and changed my mind. I used it once. Today, the employee said they wouldn’t accept a return as I’ve had it a few weeks. Even with the receipt. I asked what the return policy was and he didn’t know. How can I be beyond the return timeframe if there’s no specified policy? The receipt only says no returns on instruments, nothing about pedals or equipment.
