I started watching FTIO content on Facebook. I liked her workouts and her positive words. I took a chance and contacted her about training. The best decision I made. My 1st workout she was encouraging and even though I was beginner she pushed me beyond my limits. I needed that. Working out with her was the highlight of my week. I went from 254 to 227.
