I went in looking for a stone I saw in the window the day before. Tena had just sold it. She asked if I wanted another one ordered and I stated yes, as it was for my Dad's birthday! Tina called right away to see if she could get a different one and she couldn't. However she called around and was able to find me another one so I could have it for my Dad's birthday weekend! Tena went above and beyond for me and it was SO sweet! To say I will be coming back and recommending Tina is an understatement, she is amazing!!!!
Mt.Pleasant is so fortunate to have such a multitalented floral designer. Not only are the arrangements and bouquets the finest anywhere, it's Tina's attention to premium customer service that is unparalleled in the industry.

I just found this place. I reside in a different state and each order has been done late at night for the following day to be delivered. They came in clutch for me on all my deliveries so far. In the instructions I've asked for specific time frames for the flowers to be delivered and they hit it everytime. The woman who I believe owns the shop has been very kind, has a positive attitude, and reassuring because I was nervous about being out of state and flowers making it to the right address. Went in to pick up a couple bouquets with no heads up and she whipped together the most beautiful bouquet of carnations, baby's breath and a Gerber daisy in just a few minutes, she also had a great deal on a pre made bouquet! Also this was all during a lunch rush where the shopkeeper never lost her smile or stopped working. Will be coming here for all my floral needs!
