Company has no consideration for the environment or your property. All their landscaping waste is blow directly into the water at the marina and all ove the boats and pools on the property. When you try to call the owner tells you to text him. If you're looking for horrible customer service and an owner that will not even pick up the phone this is the company for you!

Been in my community for 20 years and have had many landscaping companies but From The Ground Up is by far my favorite. This is our first year using them and they are hard working and professional. They do a great job.

Horrible business avoid at all costs, scheduled tree service, they didn’t show, 3 days later was contacted, asked if they would arrive next business day, was told not unless I wanted to pay overtime fee of $150 and they could only have one of the three trees trimmed. I declined, stating it was unfair to ask me to pay an additional fee for their inability to manage their time and calendar. I had sod installed several months ago by another company (very reliable, Odom’s Sod), much of it has died.unde this company’s “care” . Fa... read more

I’ve probably used 8-10 lawn care companies over the past 30 years. FTGU is by far the best. They are always in time, they do an outstanding job, and they are friendly and responsive. My wife and I both love having a lawn care company that doesn’t miss any details and makes our yard look better than it ever has. They fertilize it at the right time and easily get rid of excess weeds. I HIGHLY recommend this company.
