We have used From the Ground Up for several years for our landscaping, sprinkler repair, lawn care, and fertilizing/preemergence needs. They also removed a tree from our front yard that was infested with beatles. They have always done exceptional work. We recently moved and our new house did not have a fence. Jim's crews did a fantastic job! They installed both 6' and 8' stockade fencing with multiple gates. They were fast, yet thourough in making sure everything was correct. My house was dwarfed by over grown bushes, and we received damage from the ice and cold the last few years. I asked Jim to take everything out and design something nice including lights and a sprinkler system. He came up with a design that included color, diversity, and drought resistant plants. His crew were fast and polite. The only issues we had were the rain which slowed progress, some plants not in the nursery yet, and the controller for the sprinkler system not working right. Jim and his company do incredible work! I’d definitely recommend!
Work is exemplary. Crews are polite and clean up after themselves. Office personnel communication/response is essentially non-existent, hence the drop to 4 stars.
