Derek was amazing to work with! We live in St Louis and hired him to do work on our rental house in Kirksville. Organizing a huge project like this from such a distance could have been awful but he made this such a simple process. He did exactly what he’d said he’d do for the price he bid. We were so thankful that we found him! So trustworthy, reliable, honest and does good work! He and his crew, scraped, power washed, replaced old boards, and painted our 100 year old house. This was a HUGE project!

I was going to use this company for renovations. They came out to give me an estimate and instead of telling me they couldn't handle the job, they said they'd get back to to with an estimate. I called for my estimate and was rudely told that I wouldn't be able to pay for it. He told me that without knowing my budget range. I asked several times for my estimate and he hung up on me. I don't recommend them.
