Very pleased with our entire experience with From the Ground Up. Crew was friendly, courteous and treated our property like it was their own. We had two large trees in our backyard and one was resting on our home from a recent storm. A crane was needed for removal and these guys did an outstanding job! Highly recommend them!
This company maintains the grounds at our apartment complex West Lake Meadows, but our section was left unmowed for over two months after sod was laid — grass grew more than a foot tall. You couldn’t even use this section without getting tripped up. Meanwhile, the rest of the property was serviced regularly. When they finally returned, they left piles of clippings across the lawn, didn’t edge around trees, buildings, or street signs, and left trash behind from the landscaping process. Today Isaac and his crew arrived to trim some trees. I wanted to complement all three men on their professionalism, courtesy, and excellent work, which I've come to expect from all the people at From the Ground Up. No matter the job, they exceed expectations.
Recommend From the Ground Yp without hesitation. Largest tree damaged during a storm. Fast response. Worked late Friday night until the job was done. The tree was hanging over the house and it was amazing to watch them take everything down. Thank you!!
