I started working for this company doing snow removal in winter of 2022' and loved the energy from everyone that I worked with. The owner and supervisors were very flexible and accommodating with me. So I decided to go full time in spring of 2023' I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great career opportunity with a company that recognizes their employees and the hard work that we put in!
I have really enjoyed being a part of FTGU. Mitch in lawn Care is very pleasant to work with. He definitely has a smile on his face and cares about his employees. Ladonna in HR is extremely helpful as well. She was very easy to interview with and definitely makes you feel a part of FTGU. Nate in Maintenance is a great teacher and definitely makes the day go by fast with his positive attitude and his jokes. I can definitely say that I enjoy coming into work everyday and being with positive supportive people.
