I hired them to renovate a co-op apartment and they did a wonderful job. They complied with the rules of the co-op and provided the required insurance. The contractor worked with me even when I made changes to the design in the middle of the project and made helpful suggestions I had not even considered. The project was a success. He came in under what other contractors quoted me.
